HELP is a platform that connects homeowners and other users with independent local service professionals. HELP is not a contractor and does not perform services.

• Service professionals listed on HELP are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HELP.
• HELP does not guarantee the quality, availability, licensing, insurance, pricing, safety, or performance of any independent service provider.
• Users are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, hiring, and paying service professionals, including verifying licenses and insurance where required.

• Business owners are responsible for maintaining accurate, current business information.
• Availability indicators should represent whether the business is currently accepting work. Do not mark a business as available if it is not.
• Business owners must hold any licenses, permits, and insurance their work requires.

• HELP may offer Free, Pro, Business, or future subscription plans.
• Subscription and payment terms may be updated as HELP evolves.
• Quote-related fees and features are governed by the pricing displayed within HELP.
• Subscriptions renew until canceled, and you may cancel at any time from your account.

Users who voluntarily opt in to HELP SMS notifications may receive account alerts, availability reminders, and other service-related text messages.

• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
• Reply HELP for assistance.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or account creation.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Misuse, fraud, impersonation, abuse, spam, harassment, or misleading listings may result in account suspension or removal, at HELP’s discretion and without refund of amounts already paid.

Users may request account deletion at any time from Account Settings, subject to applicable legal and payment-record retention requirements.

HELP is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, HELP is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform or from work performed by an independent service professional found through HELP.

HELP may update these terms in the future. We will revise the “Last Updated” date above when we do. Continued use of HELP after an update means you accept the revised terms.
