Depending on how you use HELP, we may collect:

• Name and business owner name
• Email address
• Phone number (including a mobile number used for text notifications)
• Business information, such as business name, description, photos, and logo
• Service category and specialties
• Service area and city coverage
• Account information, such as sign-in credentials managed by our authentication provider
• Subscription and payment-related information, handled by third-party payment processors (HELP does not store full card numbers)
• Usage and analytics information, such as pages viewed and features used
• Location information, only when you allow HELP to use location-based features on your device
• Communications and notification preferences, including SMS consent records

HELP may send SMS text messages to users who have expressly opted in to receive account notifications, availability reminders, and other service-related communications.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

Users may reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages at any time and may reply HELP for assistance.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS consent information, and opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

HELP may share information with service providers that are necessary to deliver HELP services, such as telecommunications providers used to send requested SMS notifications, but only as necessary to provide those services.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing a subscription, creating an account, or using HELP. You can turn text notifications off at any time in your HELP account settings, or by replying STOP to any message.

• Show homeowners accurate, nearby, and currently available professionals
• Deliver quote requests, notifications, and reminders you have asked for
• Process subscriptions and applicable confirmed-job fees
• Provide customer support and respond to your messages
• Detect fraud, misuse, spam, and misleading listings
• Improve HELP’s features, performance, and reliability

We use trusted providers to operate HELP — hosting and database infrastructure, authentication, analytics, payment processing, and telecommunications providers used to deliver SMS notifications you requested. These providers may only use your information to perform services for HELP.

Subscription and fee payments are processed by third-party payment processors. Card details are entered directly with the processor and are not stored on HELP servers. We retain limited billing records, such as the last four digits and card brand, to display your payment method and to keep required records.

HELP uses essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language. We also use analytics to understand aggregate usage. You may block cookies in your browser, though some features may stop working.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections, row-level database access rules, and restricted server-side credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.

• Turn text notifications on or off in Account Settings at any time
• Reply STOP to any HELP text message to unsubscribe immediately
• Allow or deny device location permission
• Update your business information, phone number, or email in your dashboard
• Contact us to request a copy or correction of your information

You may delete a business listing or your entire HELP account from Account Settings. We remove your profile data, subject to limited retention required for legal, tax, accounting, and payment-dispute purposes.

HELP is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as HELP evolves. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of HELP after an update means you accept the revised policy.
